The servers and hard drives used to host MMC's MeetingPlace are housed in Louisville, Kentucky. Personally identifiable information relating to your organization's employees ("Personal Information") may be shared during a data conference or stored on the server as an attachment. This may raise data protection/privacy issues where these employees are located in a region or country that places legal restrictions on the transfer of this type of Personal Information outside that region or country. Please note that by using the MeetingPlace system, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring that the requirements of any local legislation are met to allow sharing or posting of Personal Information on the MMC MeetingPlace system. By using the system, you agree that, unless you otherwise notify MMC in writing, MMC will be entitled to share the Personal Information during a MeetingPlace conference or post and store it on the server.
